Research area: Genomics and Molecular Biology

I have a Ph.D. in Biology and I am working as a research assistant at the Center of Excellence in Translational Medicine, Fundeni Clinical Institute since 2013. I am currently pursuing postdoctoral studies at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest. During my doctoral training, I developed new skills in genomics research and molecular biology techniques in different types of cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, and pancreatic and gastric cancer. My research interest is in the field of genomics and molecular biology, with a focus on developing anticancer therapeutic strategies and improving clinical patient outcomes. I have been involved as a member in several national and international research projects regarding this research field.
