I graduated the Master of “Biophysics and Cellular Biotechnology” at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” (2023). Currently, I am involved in a research project titled: “Development of a new technology to estimate the maturation of liver cells transdifferentiated into insulin-producing cells” (miR-DIAB). In particular, I know the usual cell culture techniques (primary liver cultures, propagation, freezing, thawing), molecular biology (RNA extractions, reverse-transcription of nucleic acids, qRT-PCR) and protein quantification (ELISA technique and LUMINEX multiplex technology).
My research interest is in the field of Genetics and Molecular Biology, Cancer, Endocrinology, Hematology, Diabetes.
Position: Research Assistant/Technician at the Center of Excellence in Translational Medicine (CEMT), Fundeni Clinical Institute.
