Research Area: Genomics and Molecular Biology
I am a research assistant at the Center of Excellence in Translational Medicine – CEMT, in the project Multidisciplinary Consortium for Supporting Research Competencies in Diagnosing, Treating and Identifying Predictive Factors of Malignant Gynecological Diseases – ONCOGIN, PN-III-P1-1.2-PCCDI2017 – 0833, 68PCCDI / 2018, Chief of CSII Dr. Bacalbasa Nicolae.
I graduated the Faculty of Biology, specialized in Biology and the Molecular Genetics Master, with the subject of dissertation, evaluation of the expression of some preapoptotic genes on “in vitro” cell models treated with cold plasma. Areas of interest in the research gravitate around assessments of the tumor cells. Work expertise in the laboratory is geared towards multiple molecular biology techniques, and short and medium-term objectives aim at specializing and expanding research, with the goal of continuing PhD studies.
