I am a scientific researcher-chemist in the Center of Excellence in Translational Medicine, Fundeni Clinical Institute. I have a a master`s degree from the Faculty of Biology, at the University of Bucharest.
I’m currently pursuing a PhD at the Institute of Biochemistry of the Romanian Academy, studying the signaling pathways at the endoplasmatic reticulum level induced by the human Hepatitis B Virus infection (HBV).
My current research is focused on the molecular and epigenetic mechanisms involved in tumorigenesis, which can lead to the development of novel target therapies.
